I have a deep love for crystals and the comfort they bring to everyday life. But your health is always my priority: here is an honest look at what crystal healing can — and cannot — do for you.
Last updated: [06/17/2026]
In a nutshell: crystal healing is a wellness practice. It can complement your daily routine, but it does not cure and never replaces the advice or treatment of a physician. If you have any health concerns, always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
What is crystal healing?
Crystal healing (also called lithotherapy) refers to practices that use natural stones and minerals for relaxation and general well-being. The properties or "virtues" traditionally attributed to crystals are rooted in ancient beliefs and cultural traditions.
These properties are not recognized by conventional medicine and are not, to date, supported by peer-reviewed scientific evidence. I share this world with sincerity and passion — but also with complete honesty.
A wellness practice, not a medical treatment
The jewelry and stones I offer are objects of wellness, adornment, and decoration. They are not medical devices in any way and are not associated with any promise of healing, curing, or alleviating any condition.
When I describe a stone as "soothing," "energizing," or "protective," these words reflect crystal healing tradition and personal experience — not a clinically proven medical effect.
No medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription
The information on this website — stone descriptions, traditional uses, wellness suggestions — is provided for informational and cultural purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription of any kind.
I am not a licensed healthcare provider and am not qualified to give medical advice of any kind.
Crystal healing never replaces medical treatment
Crystal healing may complement a wellness routine, but it is in no way a substitute for medical care, a doctor's visit, a prescribed treatment, or medication.
Never stop, change, or replace an ongoing medical treatment without the explicit advice of your physician. Discontinuing treatment on your own can have serious health consequences.
Consult a healthcare professional
If you experience any symptom, pain, illness, or concern about your physical or mental health, see a doctor or qualified healthcare provider. Only a licensed professional can make a diagnosis and recommend a treatment plan suited to your individual situation.
Safety precautions for stones
Never ingest stones or prepare "crystal elixirs" for drinking
Never place a stone in water or any beverage intended for consumption, and never ingest minerals. Many stones contain toxic substances (copper, lead, mercury, arsenic, among others) or dissolve on contact with water. This includes — but is not limited to — malachite, cinnabar, galena, and certain stones containing pyrite.
Keep out of reach of children and pets
Small stones and beads pose a choking and ingestion hazard. Keep them out of reach of young children and household pets at all times.
Skin contact, allergies, and care
If you notice redness, itching, or irritation, stop wearing the piece immediately: some metal settings can cause allergic reactions. Additionally, certain stones are sensitive to water, salt, or prolonged sun exposure — please refer to the care instructions provided with each creation.
Populations requiring extra caution
Certain situations call for additional care. Please consult your doctor before starting any wellness practice if any of the following apply to you:
- pregnant or nursing women;
- infants, children, and teenagers;
- elderly or frail individuals;
- individuals with a chronic or serious medical condition;
- anyone currently undergoing medical treatment.
Mental health and emotional distress
Crystal healing is not a treatment for psychological or psychiatric disorders. If you are experiencing anxiety, emotional distress, depression, or a mental health crisis, please do not face it alone: talk to your doctor, a licensed therapist, or a trusted person in your life. Professional support is essential and invaluable.
In case of emergency
Crystal healing has absolutely no place in an emergency situation. If you or someone near you is facing a medical emergency or emotional crisis, do not wait — contact emergency services immediately.
No guarantee of results
The experience of wearing or using crystals is subjective and personal: it varies from person to person and cannot be guaranteed. No specific effect or outcome is promised or assured.
