Shipping & Returns
Every piece is handmade, so I pack each order with care. Here's what you need to know before ordering.
Order preparation
My jewelry is handmade to order or in very small batches. I prepare your package with care in 2 to 4 business days, then send you an email when it ships.
Shipping
I ship all orders via tracked courier. Free shipping for orders over $75 within the continental US. For smaller orders, shipping costs depend on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Track your package
Once shipped, I'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or reach out.
Returns and exchanges
Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order for a refund or exchange. We want you to love your piece.
Return conditions
- The item must be unworn in original condition with its box.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once the box is opened.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
How to start a return
Email me at contact@bijoux-obsidienne.fr with your order number and I'll send you a prepaid return label.
Return shipping is free on all items. Once I receive your return, I'll process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size or style? Contact me and we'll work out an exchange. Since each piece is unique and handmade, availability may vary—I'll let you know your options right away.
Damaged or incorrect item
If your package arrives damaged or your item doesn't match what you ordered, email me within 48 hours with photos. I'll take care of it at no cost to you.
A note: my jewelry is handmade from natural stones. Small variations in color, shape, and luster are completely normal and what make each piece one-of-a-kind—not a flaw.
