The Buddha black obsidian necklace, a figure of serenity carved into the protection stone, the peaceful face of the Buddha, sculpted directly from obsidian, worn as a pendant against the skin. The Buddha is one of the most sculpted figures in stone, across every tradition, a face with softened features, half-closed eyes, representing less a person than a state: the inner peace reached at the end of a path. Handcrafted by Camille
Every necklace is assembled by hand in my workshop, in France. The Buddha pendant demands closer quality control than my raw stones: I check every carving to make sure the features stay crisp, with no chips or cracks, this stone breaks easily when poorly cut.
