If you're in Australia
Buying from an overseas seller doesn't take away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If you'd like advice or want to raise a complaint locally, you can contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or the fair trading office in your state or territory.
Governing law
This site and this legal notice are governed by French law, and in the absence of an amicable settlement the French courts have jurisdiction.
Important, if you are a consumer in Australia, this does not remove the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights apply to goods supplied to you in Australia and cannot be excluded by any contract term.
