A ring is a bolder way to wear obsidian: visible on the hand, there with every gesture. Long regarded in crystal healing as a stone of protection and grounding, black obsidian quietly keeps you company through the day. Every obsidian ring in this collection is shaped by hand, in my workshop, around a stone chosen for its character.

What does a black obsidian ring mean?
In crystal healing, black obsidian is seen as a stone of protection and grounding. Worn as a ring, in view with every gesture, it is traditionally described as a small reminder of clarity, something to steady you through the day. There's no rule about which finger or hand: choose whatever feels right. Are the rings adjustable, and how do I find my size?
Most of my rings are set on an adjustable stainless steel band, which fits a wide range of finger sizes. Whether a ring is adjustable or a fixed size is stated on each product page. For fixed sizes, my size guide converts your measurement into a UK letter size (N, P, R…) with a chart and a calculator. If in doubt, drop me a message and I'll point you in the right direction.
Are your rings really handmade?
Yes: every ring is shaped by hand in my workshop, around a genuine obsidian stone that I choose for its character. That makes each piece one of a kind. You can read my story and how I work on the about page.
How do I look after my obsidian ring?
A soft cloth is usually all it takes. Avoid salt, harsh products and knocks, and take your ring off before showering or exercising. All my tips are in the guide to cleaning obsidian.
