1. Purpose and scope

These Terms of Service govern all purchases made on bijoux-obsidienne.fr between Bijoux Obsidienne (the "Seller") and any person making a purchase (the "Customer"). By placing an order, you accept these terms in their entirety.

2. The seller

3. Products

All products are handmade obsidian and natural stone jewelry. Since each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in color, shape, and luster are normal and part of what makes your piece unique—not a defect. Photos are as accurate as possible but are not binding representations. Products are offered while supplies last.

4. Pricing

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes, unless noted otherwise. Prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; items are charged at the price in effect when you place your order.

5. Ordering and payment

To place an order, you select items, review your order details, and accept these Terms before payment. Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email and charge your payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears unusual or made in bad faith.

Payment is processed through a secure payment processor using credit card, PayPal, or other methods offered at checkout. Your order is not complete until payment is fully processed.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping details, zones, and costs are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for inspecting your package upon receipt and reporting any damage immediately.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return unworn items in original condition with packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in pristine condition to qualify. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned once opened. Personalized or made-to-order items are final sale.

To start a return, contact contact@bijoux-obsidienne.fr with your order number. Return shipping is free; we'll provide a prepaid label. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

8. Warranties

All items come with an implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for purpose under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). In the event of a defect or non-conformity, contact us with photos or details. We will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Some U.S. states do not allow limitation of implied warranties, so these may apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

This site and all its content are provided "as is" without warranty. Bijoux Obsidienne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or products. We are not responsible for misuse or damage caused by improper care. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.
